He is responsible for the overall strategic management of the group companies and its major client accounts. Sean has been a Member of The Chartered Management Institute since 2015 – holding a MCMI Qualification in Management and Leadership. He strives to create a professional yet personal culture within the business, which is supported through all tiers of the group. In his spare time, Sean likes to socialise and spend time with his family.

Having gained his Advanced Diploma in Insurance and becoming an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), James is also an Individual Chartered Broker. Penny has over 25 years experience in the industry and joined Tony McDonagh & Co in 2006. She has management experience in Commercial, Personal Lines and the High Net Worth Sector.Her current role as Commercial & Claims Manager involves her managing the Commercial and Claim Departments, as well as arranging all classes of commercial insurance risks; Commercial Combined, Liabilities, Property Owners, Package policies, Directors and Officers, Professional Indemnity, Motor Fleet, High Net Worth, Individual & Corporate Private Medical Insurance for both UK and International Plans. Penny dedicates herself to excellent customer service and building long term relationships with her clients, as well as maintaining a motivated and professional team. Outside of work, Penny enjoys socialising, spending time with family & friends and travelling.

Garry started his career at 16 with Cornhill Insurance (now Allianz). After going for many interviews in London for banking & Insurance, he responded to a local advert looking for an Insurance trainee. His role is managing a Private Clients team which includes arranging insurances for personal customers and at times any commercial insurances associated to these customers. Garry ensures that all customers receive a first class service and are offered suitable products.

Darren was considering going to college from school but was offered an interview with Co-Op Insurance Services and liked what he heard. Darren started work there in 1987 as an Underwriting Assistant, leaving in 1989. He then moved to NLIG as a Personal Lines Adviser. In 1991, Darren started to deal with Commercial policies at NLIG with a focus on the Motor Trade. With a customer-centric approach, Darren ensures he puts his clients first, building long-term relationships with them as well as insurance partners to achieve the best possible results. Darren likes to visit the majority of his new and existing clients every year to ensure that he fully understands their business and cover requirements Darren loves playing Football, attending Arsenal matches with his son, spending time and travelling with family and friends as well as cycling
