Caroline Mooney celebrates over 30 years’ service

We are absolutely delighted to celebrate Caroline’s amazing achievement of 30 years’ service at TMD. In actual fact, Caroline’s been with the firm for 32 years, but as her 30 year anniversary occurred during lockdown, we’re now taking the opportunity to celebrate.

In a recent special award ceremony, Managing Director, Sean McDonagh presented Caroline with a Ritz voucher, commenting on the contribution she’s made over the years.

As Operations and Human Resources Assistant, Caroline has always taken pride in helping to look after the staff and ensure the wellbeing of all employees, firmly believing that happy, fulfilled people are always more productive and give more back. She thrives on the constant challenge of her role, commenting: “I’m a positive person who likes to excel at what I do. I aim to perform to the best of my abilities and ensure the smooth running of the company.”

Fully embracing TMD’s commitment to continuous development, Caroline is a self-driven and vibrant member of the HR team, and has always prided herself on her approachability, friendliness and ability to lend a helping hand whenever it’s needed – along with an ability to make a much needed ‘good cup of tea’!

We applaud Caroline’s commitment, dedication and hard work over the years, and the example she sets to others. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she always has a smile on her face. Her enthusiasm is fantastic and we are in no doubt of the contribution she’s made, ensuring TMD is a happy, enjoyable place to work that fully supports all employees.
