Congratulations to Penny Malloura

Having worked with us since 2006, Penny has brought management experience in Commercial, Personal Lines and the High Net Worth sectors to the role and have proved to be a massive asset to us.

Her current role as Commercial & Claims Manager has seen her managing both the Commercial and Claims Departments - a position that continually draws on her professionalism and expertise and keeps her exceptionally busy.
 
Drawing on her many years of experience, Penny also arranges all classes of commercial insurance risks. This extensive list includes Commercial Combined, Liabilities, Property Owners, Package policies, Directors and Officers, Professional Indemnity, Motor Fleet, High Net Worth, Individual & Corporate Private Medical Insurance for both UK and International Plans.
 
Throughout her time at TMD, Penny has dedicated herself to delivering an exceptional level of customer service, building long-term relationships with her clients, and maintaining a motivated and professional team. Hardworking, approachable and meticulous, she has proved many times over her commitment to her job and is highly respected by clients and staff alike.

Outside of work, Penny enjoys socialising, spending time with her family and friends, and travelling.
