Here at TMD, we’re committed to providing our customers with the highest levels of customer service and constantly strive to exceed expectations in terms of service, value and knowledge.
To make sure we keep our finger on the pulse, we ask our customers to provide us with feedback on the service they’ve received from us, showing us what we’ve done right and where there may be areas for improvement. Our customer surveys have proven to be an invaluable source of feedback, giving our customers the opportunity to voice their opinions and tell us what they think of our service.
Having recently received a number of completed surveys, we are delighted to say we have had some outstanding feedback, with customers reporting they have received a very high quality of service from TMD, better than that offered by competitors, which is brilliant to hear.
Customers also say we have been extremely responsive to their questions and concerns about our products and services, and Account Handlers have answered questions or solved problems ‘very well’. Surveys reveal our products are also meeting customers’ needs ‘very well’, with information provided by telephone, email or post ‘very clear and easy to understand’. Overall, customers describe the experience of dealing with TMD as ‘very positive’.
In addition, we were pleased to hear that customers were ‘extremely likely’ to recommend our services to a friend or colleague. Indeed, word of mouth is the way we have built our business over the years, growing from a small, North London brokerage in 1971 to becoming one of the largest independent brokers in the country, with a reputation for professionalism, friendliness and capability.
As we celebrate our 50 year anniversary, these comments provide a real validation that our team is getting it right and giving customers the service and advice they require.
